Integration between Success Factor & Oracle E-Business Suite (HRMS Data)

• Full Automation of Data Transfer Protocol between Success Factor and Oracle EBS
  1. From Oracle we consumed Success Factor API through Oracle PLSQL Packages receive data and send response back
  2. In Success Factor Employee related date is created and send across thru API
  3. Oracle Package consumes API and converts and stores JSON data in staging table
  4. From staging table thru oracle API data is pushed into base oracle tables
  5. Exceptions and errors are captured into a log table and made available to users thru concurrent request
  6. Error details are sent back to Success Factor using their API
  7. Exceptions are highlighted thru Reports and mailed to users on occurrence of the same
