Integration between MS D365 CRM & Oracle E-Business Suite (Sales Data)

  • Full Automation of Data Transfer Protocol between CRM and Oracle EBS
    1. From Oracle we consumed CRM API through Oracle PLSQL Packages receive data and send response back
    2. In ERP all relevant master data (Product, Customer, Price List, Payment Terms is created and send across to CRM and vis a vis thru API
    3. Oracle Package consumes API and converts and stores JSON data in staging table
    4. From staging table thru oracle API data is pushed into base oracle tables
    5. Exceptions and errors are captured into a log table and made available to users thru concurrent request
    6. Error details are sent back to CRM using their API
    7. Exceptions are highlighted thru Reports and mailed to users on occurrence of the same
