Integration between MS D365 CRM & Oracle E-Business Suite (Sales Data)
- Full Automation of Data Transfer Protocol between CRM and Oracle EBS
- From Oracle we consumed CRM API through Oracle PLSQL Packages receive data and send response back
- In ERP all relevant master data (Product, Customer, Price List, Payment Terms is created and send across to CRM and vis a vis thru API
- Oracle Package consumes API and converts and stores JSON data in staging table
- From staging table thru oracle API data is pushed into base oracle tables
- Exceptions and errors are captured into a log table and made available to users thru concurrent request
- Error details are sent back to CRM using their API
- Exceptions are highlighted thru Reports and mailed to users on occurrence of the same
